Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with The Mango Curators.
Because we sell fresh, highly perishable fruit, occasional shipping or ripening issues can happen. If your mangoes arrive damaged, spoiled, or fail to ripen properly, we’re here to help.
To be considered for a store credit or replacement, please contact our support team within the timeframes below and include clear, well-lit photos documenting the issue.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, The Mango Curators does not accept physical returns.
For health, safety, and logistical reasons, fresh fruit cannot be shipped back once delivered. Depending on the issue and the supporting evidence provided, we may offer a replacement, partial replacement, store credit, or partial store credit.
We do not offer cash refunds for shipped orders except where required by law.
Reporting an Issue
Please email our support team at themangocurators@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the shipping box
- Clear photos of all affected mangoes
- A brief explanation of the issue
- The date and time the order was received
For delivery damage, spoilage, or quantity concerns, photos must be submitted on the day of delivery.
Claims are reviewed individually, and reimbursement decisions are made at the discretion of The Mango Curators based on the information and evidence provided.
Shipping Delays
We ship mangoes using two-day shipping for eligible orders.
Carrier delays, weather events, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.
If a delay causes the mangoes to arrive spoiled or damaged, please follow the damaged fruit claim process above. A shipping delay by itself does not automatically qualify an order for reimbursement if the fruit arrives in good condition.
Replacements and Store Credit
Approved claims may result in one or more of the following:
- Replacement of the affected mangoes
- Replacement of the full box
- Partial store credit
- Full store credit
- Credit toward a future order
The remedy offered will depend on the extent of the issue, product availability, shipping season, and the evidence provided.
Replacement boxes may contain different mango varieties based on what is currently in season and available.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has been packed, labeled, or transferred to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled.
If a product becomes unavailable or unexpectedly goes out of season before fulfillment, we may offer:
- A substitute variety
- Store credit
- A full refund for the unavailable item
We will contact you before making a substitution when reasonably possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an address needs to be changed, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment has begun.
Orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or spoiled because of an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement.
